G’day I’m Caylie, founder of Better Business, Better Life. I help business owners without a marketing department to attract more clients and make more money so they can live the life they want!
I am a business consultant, online marketer and professional trainer/presenter with a love of all things business, travel, sport and lifestyle.
How did I get here? I was the kid in school reading business magazines while the others were swapping footy and fashion tips. Still a voracious reader, I believe in life long learning and avoiding mistakes through the experiences of those gone before.
In the corporate world I have established skills and experience in:
- Online marketing (as presenter of Winning Business Online funded by AusIndustry)
- Training and presenting (leading programs in Business and Information Technology for three campuses of the University of Ballarat)
- Financial analysis and management (at the National Australia Bank)
- Business strategy, planning and change management (managing the Wimmera Business Centre and consulting for Eureka BEC)
In 2012, I co-authored and launched ‘How To Host A Swingin’ Blog Challenge‘ with Marissa Roberts of Beautifully Organised. I recently presented ‘Don’t Let Them Ignore You’ (focused on creating your brand) at the Meat Elite Conference in Bendigo.
I love sharing ideas, opportunities and strategies with business owners to help them get the best out of their business! When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing squash and tennis, having coffee and cake with friends or loving the inspiration I get from fantastic bloggers.
